Flemington Village will enhance the Cities of Flemington and Hinesville, GA. The conceptual master plan is a good one for the surrounding neighborhood, the City of Flemington’s tax base and the citizens of Flemington.
The overall plan calls for an upscale commercial and residential area with transitions between all three aspects of the zoning from commercial to single family residential. The county amenities surrounding the properties are ideal for residential living, and currently there is no other type of development in Flemington or Hinesville like it. The proximity to Ft. Stewart, Flemington and Hinesville makes it an ideal location for this type of development.

There will be access to the James Brown Park from the residential portion of the development.
