This Thomas & Hutton Conceptual Plan is for Flemington Village in the City of Flemington, GA. The final approved Master Plan has changed, primarily in the location of the main entry road into Flemington Village.
The zoning and progression of density has not changed from this concept to the final approval. [See Development Overview]

FRASER PROPERTY- FINAL MASTER PLAN ..[master plan at bottom of page] is an earlier Master Plan that Thomas & Hutton prepared for us. It was based on rezoning the City of Flemington Property and the zoning changes that we had for the property in Hinesville, GA. It encompasses all the property we have in Liberty County, GA.
It has the Peacock Creek Floodway and the 100 & 500 year flood plains outlined on all the properties.
As with the above conceptual plan the entry road has shifted in the final version aprroved in the City of Flemington, GA PUD.
